TherapyI seek to hold space for clients in a way that promotes self-discovery and sustainable change, predicated upon therapeutic connection. I believe that clients should be the architects of their own lives and be given the trust and freedom to be so. My approach to therapy* is person-centred and integrative, building upon psychoanalytical theory and rooted in existential analysis, utilizing both somatic and experiential techniques.
I bring a unique perspective to a variety of areas including codependence, addiction, anger, anxiety, career-related/entrepreneurial/executive stress, parenting, and relationships. I enjoy assisting clients with boundaries and self-awareness in order to obtain deeper and more satisfying personal and career relationships. *I offer virtual sessions via phone and video on a secure server as a standard part of my private practice, in addition to in-person therapy.
